Q: Are there any setup fees to set up a hosting account?
A: No, we do not charge any setup fees for our hosting plans.

Q: What are Neverlan's Domain Name Servers?
A: You will receive the domain name servers for your account in your "Welcome To Neverlan Hosting" email you receive after signing up.

Q: I don't have a domain. Where can I purchase one?
A: You may purchase a domain directly from any number of registrars like Directnic.com.

Q: How long does it take for the world to access my domain name?
A: We typically setup your domain name on our servers within a few hours. However after this time period, it truly depends on ALL networks and ISPs of the world to update their servers for your new domain name. Some popular dial-up ISPs (i.e. Earthlink, Slip.Net, Sprynet, Grid.Net) take less then 6 hours to update their servers, while others will take more than 2 days. In the meantime, you do have access to your website and can preview the site with the link provided in our "Welcome To Neverlan Hosting" email.

Q: How do I transfer my domain to your servers?

A: Here are the steps to move your domain to our servers from another hosting company.

Sign up for the hosting plan of your choice now.

After you sign up, we will send you login instructions and the name servers you need to use to transfer your domain. You can upload the files to your site using the login information we provide you.

Take the name server information we provide you and submit a request to the registrar where your domain is registered to have the DNS of your domain modified.

Once the modifications to your domain have been completed and the changes have had time to resolve throughout the Internet you would cancel your old hosting account.

If done in this order, you should experience little to no downtime to your domain.

Q: How are add-on domains/sub-domains handled for each package I purchase?

A: Each package you purchase will specify state how many domains or sub-domains are permitted per account. Note that the space allocated for these add-on domains or sub-domains are all dependent upon the total disk space and bandwidth allocation associated with each plan.

Q: What if I need to upgrade/downgrade my account plan?

A: Log on to MyNeverlan and select "Account Add-ons" to view your account feature options.

Q: How do you handle technical support?

A: In the event that you require technical support for your hosting account, you can submit a ticket request via our Online Helpdesk System.

Q: What if I exceed my bandwidth allowance?

A: There is no limit to the ammount of bandwidth you use.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No. There are no hidden fees. What you see listed on our website is the cost you will be paying.

Q: How long does it take for my account to be activated?

A: Typically, accounts are activated within 12 hours as processing is dependent upon time of receipt and the current processing queue.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A full refund will be issued if your account is cancelled within 30 days from initial account purchase. For cancelled accounts purchased on the quarterly or yearly discounted plans, your account charge will be pro-rated based on a monthly plan rate.

Q: Do I have to have a domain in order to host with you?

A: No, you can have a subdomain from Neverlan or Pinwire. You're choice. Your email would end with Neverlan.net.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account, what other methods of payment is there?

A: At this time, we only accept PayPal and Checks payments.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: No, we do not require our clients to sign a contract; however, all clients are required to agree to our Terms of Service.

Q: What happens if you upgrade plans after I have ordered?

A: If we modify our hosting plans and you are an existing customer, your account will not be affected. However, if you cancel your account and re-sign at a later date, you are subject to the current hosting plans listed on our site. All new customers are subject to the current hosting plans listed on our site.

Q: Can I have more than one domain under one account?
A: Add-on domains are allowed based on the Hosting Plan that you have chosen. Please refer to our Hosting Plans for specific details.

Q: Can sub domains send/receive email?

A: Yes, sub domains can send/receive email.

Q: Do you allow PHP scripts?

A: Yes, we do allow PHP scripts. Please email us if you would like to know the latest version installed on our servers.

Q: Do you allow CGI scripts?

A: Yes we do allow CGI Scripts.

Q: Will you install a CGI/PHP script for me?

A: At this time we do not install cgi/php scripts for our clients.

Q: Do you support FrontPage extensions?
A: No.
